- Basic Two Step Stitch Diagrams from Barbara Bersten Designs. Has many basic stitches, click each to print or view and learn how to do them.
- Needlepoint Guide from the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture, Cooperative Extension Service. PDF guide can be printed out, with images and examples. Goes over all the basics. 13 pages.
- Button Down Apron - Lark Crafts, using an old men's button down shirt.
