Charity Paying/Helping Violent Prisoners?

Fine Cell Work teaches prisoners needlework, then prisoners get a portion of the sales of the work created. Unfortunately, the proceeds do not go to the victim, or to any fund for the state for rehibilition for the inmates, nor does the charity have a preference of who they teach or sell. Your views?
