Juneau Jailhouse Quilting

The jailhouse in Dodge County, WI, has a program to repair mattress coverings and jailhouse garments, saving the country a whole lot of moola in the process. Two low-risk inmates are chosen and work with a corrections office to sew on industrial sewing machines.
