Along with examples and close-up images of each project, the patterns in Sherry Serafini's Sensational Bead Embroidery design and craft book are laid out with a complete supply list, instructions, and ways to finish or embellish the pieces. Bead embroidery uses a thread and needle to sew the different stones, small objects, and buttons into different shapes that are surrounded by beads. Sherry Serafini does a great job in detailing the basic stitches used, such as the two-bead backstitch, single-bead edging, and how to close beads around another object such as cabochons or buttons.
